KitUp Training was founded in 2023 to offer more affordable, higher level learning programs for professionals and teams. We believe that the learning experience is both adaptive and participatory. Our facilitation approach blends best practices, including coaching and adult learning for a holistic approach to personal growth and professional learning.
We help others boost their confidence, think more expansively, and go farther in their personal lives, careers, businesses, and pursuits. Whether you are in the classroom, conference room or cafe, we navigate the complexities of interpersonal relationships, motivations, and obligations.
